Human Resources Generalist
In this hands on role, and reporting to the Senior HR Generalist, the HR Generalist will act as the key point of contact for any employee and labour relations issues for their designated client groups located in Saskatoon, Regina and Tisdale. The incumbent will also work with his/her Manager and Shared Services Human Resources to lead and administer national and divisional HR programs to their client group.
Qualifications:
- University or college degree in a related field are preferred.
- CHRP designation is preferred.
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role in a union environment.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of details and tasks quickly and effectively.
- Good judgment/problem solving ability along with strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work with all Microsoft Suite Office Products.
- Team Player.
