CROP INPUTS ASSISTANT MANAGER

This position is responsible for overseeing the crop inputs marketing of certified seed, fertilizer and crop protection products in the elevator trading area and maintain sufficient customer contact to understand their needs. This position will also oversee the profitability and growth of crop inputs sales for a location. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in crop input sales; possess a post secondary degree, and general knowledge of office practices, machine operations and bookkeeping. Possess a certificate or training in W.H.M.I.S, CCA, CPCC or TDG. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and knowledge of farming practices is considered an asset.
